What is Team Fans Bay return policy?

You can return teamfansbay.com orders for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date, with exceptions of made to order and custom gear. All return items should be in new condition unworn and unwashed.


Where and How to Ship – what should I do?

In order to begin the return process please Contact Us stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned/Exchanged:
  • Reason for Return/Exchanged:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our warehouse.


When will I get my refund?

Once we've received and processed your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your refund will appear on your billing statement 7-14 business days after processing.


Can I exchange my order?

If you'd like to exchange your teamfansbay.com order for a different size, color or style, please Contact us by fill-out the contact form.
